About
Kathleen joins us from the ESP Solutions Group where she served as the Product Manager, and was critical to the success of the Wyoming Ed-Fi Dashboard, WyEd-Fi implementations, migrating from a 2.0 to a 2.5 and them to a 3.4 ODS. Her duties included data analysis, data mapping, analytical metric design, system testing, production deployment, customer support, mentoring staff and project planning.
Prior to ESP, she spent five years at Double Line Partners where she was part of a team of developers that help launch the original Ed-Fi 1.0 Dashboards for several pilot SEA implementations. In addition, she has spent 10 years at the Texas Education Agency as a software developer and team lean on the PIEMS state submission software team. She is thrilled to join the brilliant team at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation and the Ed-Fi Alliance.
When she isn’t working, you can find Kathleen rock climbing indoors or spending as much time outdoors as possible with her dog ‘Parker the Barker’. Parker is her 3-pound teacup poodle who thinks rules the world.
